Position is working on site from Day 1.
Qualifications
- IT Support experience – L1/L2
- Working knowledge of Windows 10
- 3+ years of experience in supporting internal PC and MAC users, including HW, SW, Network, phone, audio/video, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, PC’s, and MAC’s.
- Mobile device support experience is a plus
- Strong communications, troubleshooting and team playing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Service-Now knowledge is a plus
- Great phone skills and ability to work with remote users
