Summary
Seeking Team Lead for Fullstack Software Engineer for FTE.
Candidate must be adept in Azure, C#, .Net and Agular for the Front end.
Our ideal candidate is a forward and innovative thinker, experienced with transformative projects and has a successful track record working collaboratively with cross-functional team members.
Must possess a delivery focus with experience in multiple technology stacks who can present different solutions/approaches to solve problems.
Candidate must have the ability to thrive within the Agile framework and contributing ways to constantly improve the practice is desired.
Candidate must reside with reasonable access to Kansas City MO or be willing to relocate in a timely manner.
Candidate must be willing and able to work onsite.

Responsibilites:
* Deliver high-quality, secure, efficient, scalable, and reusable code which always protects customer privacy and confidentiality
* Be responsible for the quality of code delivered
* Partner with architects and Scrum team members to drive technical decisions in projects
* Extend existing system functionality based on user requirements; analyzing code to identify areas for modification, as well as maintain and support existing products
* Provide input on our architecture, databases, and APIs
* Consult with product managers to define, scope and plan new features
* Partner with teammates to ensure cohesive, quality, usable solutions are produced
* Test, evaluate and recommend technologies to improve our overall solutions
* Be a key participant in our agile development framework
* Produce complete and coherent documentation
* Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical applications

Minimum Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in all aspects of the application development process; including User Story elaboration, technical design, coding, deployment leadership, and the creation of documentation. Agile/Scrum experience highly desired.
* 5+ years of recent development experience delivering scalable full stack solutions utilizing some of the following technologies: Azure, C#, .NET Core, React, Vue, or AngularJS, SQL Server.
* 5+ years of experience delivering Service Oriented Architectural solutions.
* 3+ years of recent and relevant experience in one or more of these technologies is desired: Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, Azure Event Hub, Azure Functions, Azure Blob Storage, Cosmos database, Transactional queues, Data Lake.
* 3+ years of relevant experience with CI/CD Pipeline systems including Azure CI/CD.
* Excellent, demonstratable written and oral communications skills required.
* Knowledge of and experience using Terraform required.
* Knowledge of Kubernetes and container platforms (Azure preferred) required.
