Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ABAP HR and Business Integration Builder (BIB) replication.
  • The consultant will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and supporting complex integration scenarios between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SAP HCM (on-premise) or other third-party systems.
  • The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical knowledge of ABAP HR, middleware integration (SAP CPI or PI/PO), BIB framework, and data replication techniques to enable seamless end-to-end connectivity between cloud and on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions involving SAP SF and SAP HCM/3rd-party applications.
  • Lead the design, development, and configuration of SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations using:
  • Business Integration Builder (BIB) framework
  • IDOC replication and monitoring
  • ABAP HR data extraction and transformation
  • SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or SAP Process Orchestration (PI/PO)
  • Develop custom programs and enhancements in ABAP HR to support data interface requirements including PA/OM infotypes, payroll clusters, and time data.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Employee Central Point-to-Point (P2P) integrations and Data Replication Monitor (DRM) for real-time issue resolution.
  • Configure and maintain replication settings between EC and SAP HCM including mapping of fields, filters, and replication models.
  • Collaborate with functional teams (SF EC, Payroll, Time) to ensure integration designs align with business process and compliance requirements.
  • Drive end-to-end integration testing, defect resolution, and cutover preparation for SAP SF-HCM data flows.
  • Participate in data migration, validation, and synchronization activities between SuccessFactors EC and legacy systems.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including interface specs, mapping guides, and support procedures.
  • Support go-live activities and provide hypercare for post-production stabilization.
