Assignment location: Overland Park,Kansas, and some local travel to other offices
Pay Rate: up to $23/hour, DOE
Type: contract (6 months)

Archon Resources is currently looking for a great candidateto join one of our best clients located inOverland Park, Kansas. This is a contract position through 12/31/2024.

Description of job duties:

Configure, troubleshoot, install, repair, and resolve issues on various information technology hardware and software applications, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, mobile devices, servers, printer/scanners/copiers, telephony, network, UPS, and audiovisual equipment.

Manage IT hardware assets according to policy and established procedures.

Lead the IT Client Service effort in moderately complex projects, deliverables, and tasks to support IT Client Services and cross-functional projects.

Maintain a positive professional relationship with company's workforce.

Coordinate with 3rd party technical support vendors as required to drive problem resolution and manage contracting efforts to ensure network connectivity. Hold vendors accountable to respond and remediate problems or outages causing multiple user impact as necessary.

Manage, track and record activities and work utilizing the ITSM platform and meet established service level objectives.

Create and maintain support-related procedural, technical, and administrative documentation.

Provide advanced support by addressing more complex end-user issues and service requests.

Duties may require on-call support during non-business hours.

May perform other duties as assigned.

Experience required:

• 2-3 years
• ServiceNow Experience a plus
