Job Details
Title: Technical Product Owner
Location: Alpharetta, GA 30004 (Onsite fully)
Duration: 6+ Months
You will drive the development and delivery of our cutting-edge fintech solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product features, create user stories, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.
What you will do:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmaps
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
Translate customer requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
Prioritize product backlog based on business value, technical dependencies, and user feedback: Monitor product performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features
Conduct regular sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective sessions; ensure each story in the team backlog has adequate background and acceptance criteria
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams; ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements
Keep abreast with Agile, Scrum best practices and help mature these practices within the organization.
What you will need to have:
6-10 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role in the Fintech industry
6-10 years of experience with software development life cycle and technical concepts
2-4 years of experience in using product management tools, such as JIRA or Trello
2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
Previous Fiserv, Finxact experience
Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Experience coding: Golang, Java, JavaScript, Python, Bash
Scrum certification and/or training\
Experience in financial regulations and compliance standards
