Senior Workday Interface Financial Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Interface Developer to join our Information Services Finance & People Applications team. You will design, develop, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) to support both external vendors and internal systems. You ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to implement scalable solutions, drive process improvements, and ensure high data standards. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, an excellent communicator and collaborator, excels in project coordination, and has strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, XSLT, and XPath.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements and define functional specifications.
• Manage Workday integration configurations, deployments, and ongoing production support, including after-hours critical event support.
• Stay updated on Workday innovations, driving process improvements and automation.
• Mentor junior team members and enforce best practices through code reviews.

• Experience:

• 5+ years of ERP experience in Financial domains with at least 1 year in Workday integration development, or
• 5+ years specifically in Workday integration development.
• Preferred Certifications: Workday Pro Integrations Administration or Workday Pro Studio Certification.

• Lead projects to completion, including those that require customer and peer collaboration.
