Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves leading product strategy and development, with a focus on leveraging Salesforce to enhance marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a customer-centric approach to product design and roadmap planning while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:
Drive product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to build and refine product roadmaps.
Engage with customers to gather insights and translate them into actionable product features.
Utilize Salesforce to design and implement effective marketing and sales solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute product development initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product extensions.
Manage product backlog and prioritize tasks using Agile methodologies.
Work closely with supply chain teams to integrate product solutions.
Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
Communicate effectively with global team members and maintain strong collaboration.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and its applications.
Strong knowledge of marketing and sales processes.
Experience with Agile Scrum practices and backlog grooming.
Familiarity with supply chain management concepts.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to analyze customer feedback and translate it into product strategies.
Proven track record in developing and executing product roadmaps.
