Job Description:
Pay Range: $84.65hr - $89.65hr
  • The Program Manager will oversee planning, execution, and operations for cross-functional programs.
  • This role requires strong organizational skills, experience managing multiple projects, and the ability to coordinate across teams while ensuring program goals are met efficiently.
Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:

    Develop comprehensive project plans aligned with program strategy.
  • Create detailed schedules, timelines, and budgets for programs.
  • Schedule and lead regular team meetings, take notes, and track action items.

  • Reporting and Documentation:

    Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.
  • Document program learnings and share best practices across teams.

  • Program Operations and Team Logistics:

    Collaborate with the BizOps team to connect the Global Program Team to internal tools and processes.
  • Build team culture and enhance skills by setting up internal programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, or supporting cross-functional programs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Airtable or Asana.
  • Experience with budget tracking and vendor management.
  • Fluency in AI tools to optimize workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments and proactive, action-oriented approach.
