Skills:- Proven experience with the data conversion life cycle, especially converting data from legacy (non-SAP) systems into SAP.
- Strong background in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel for basic querying and data validation.
- Skilled in analyzing data issues within assigned subject areas and collaborating with developers, process teams, and business users to identify root causes and drive resolution.
- Experience in data cleansing and driving data quality in partnership with business and IT.
- Familiarity with the 3M Polaris SAP deployment program (preferred).
- Knowledge of Materials Management, Production Execution, and Costing (preferred).
Job Duties:- Collaborate with the client to define requirements and design data transformation from legacy (non-SAP) systems into SAP.
- Document requirements and mapping/transformation rules.
- Partner with the technical team to implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical teams to identify and resolve data defects.
- Support data loads and validate data throughout testing and production load cycles.
- Operate with minimal direction; highly skilled and knowledgeable in the role.
- Share best practices within the work group.
