Job Title: Oracle Payroll Interface SME
Location: Remote (Must be available during US time zone hours)
Visa Status: Open to all visa types
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Payroll Interface SME with deep techno-functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll integration. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen (75% technical / 25% functional) and hands-on experience integrating with Celergo/ADP. This is a remote, part-time contract role requiring collaboration with US-based teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Oracle Cloud Payroll interface design, development, and implementation.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define detailed interface specifications.
- Configure fields within Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly those relevant for payroll and interface readiness.
- Design and implement interface mapping between Oracle HCM and Celergo/ADP systems.
- Ensure seamless data flow between systems while maintaining data accuracy and compliance with payroll policies.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, payroll teams, and third-party vendors to validate integration requirements.
- Support testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide guidance on best practices for Oracle Payroll Interface architecture and error handling.
- Document technical design, configurations, and integration mapping.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12 15+ years of overall IT experience with a strong background in enterprise payroll systems.
- Minimum 9 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll Integration.
- Proven expertise in techno-functional role (75% technical and 25% functional).
- Mandatory experience with Celergo and/or ADP integration (minimum 5 7 years).
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud, including payroll configurations and field mappings.
- Proficient in designing and developing custom payroll interfaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot integration issues.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Availability to work and coordinate during US business hours.
