Job Details

1. Product Vision & Strategy
Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with manufacturing business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders (engineering, operations, supply chain) to translate manufacturing needs into digital solutions.
2. Backlog Management
Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value and technical feasibility.
Use Jira to manage epics, user stories, and tasks, ensuring traceability and transparency
3. Agile Execution
Act as the customer proxy in Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure stories are well-defined, acceptance criteria are clear, and dependencies are managed across distributed teams
4. Manufacturing Domain Expertise
Understand manufacturing processes such as production planning, quality control, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and ERP integrations.
Translate shop floor requirements into digital features that improve efficiency and reduce downtime
5. Jira & Tooling Integration
Leverage Jira for sprint tracking, release planning, and reporting.
Integrate Jira with GitHub, Confluence, and test automation tools to streamline SDLC workflows
