- Agile Transformation of Process Optimization: Coaching team and leadership to adopt high performing Agile methodologies, focusing on flow, predictability, and value delivery.
- DevOps Practices & Automation: Implementing and advising on best-in-class DevOps principles, CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, ad site reliability engineering (SRE).
- Quality & Technical Roadmap Development: Structuring a comprehensive Quality Roadmap, establishing clear quality standards, and integrating quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle
- AI/ML Solution Experimentation: Guiding the secure and effective exploration of modern AI solutions (e.g generative AI, code assistants) to increase developer productivity and accelerate innovation
Qualifications:
