Job Title: Production Support Lead
Location: Plano, TX (Onsite 5 days/week)
Type: Full-Time, W2 Only
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Production Support Lead to manage and support mission-critical data and reporting platforms in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting complex production issues, coordinating across multiple teams, and ensuring system stability and data integrity.
Primary Skills Required:
  • Production Support (5-6+ years)
  • Data Platforms: Snowflake, AWS, Informatica
  • Middleware/Integration: MuleSoft
  • Reporting/BI Tools: Tableau, Power BI
  • Scripting/OS: Linux/Unix
Preferred Experience One or More of the Following Areas:
1. Data Engineering & Platforms:
  • Snowflake, AWS, Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory
  • MuleSoft, API development and integration
2. Middleware/API Integration:
  • MuleSoft, Tibco BW/EMS
  • API Design (REST, SOAP, OpenAPI)
  • Apache Camel, zOS Connect, COBOL/DB2
  • Service Registry & Governance
3. BI / Analytics / Reporting:
  • OBIEE, Tableau, Hyperion, Power BI
  • Statistical Tools: SAS, R, Python
  • Machine Learning: SageMaker, GenAI, Prompt Engineering
  • SQL and Dashboarding
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead production support activities and troubleshoot complex application/environment issues
  • Monitor alerts, batch jobs, data loads, and integrations
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and development teams for incident resolution
  • Maintain automation tools, SOPs, and change logs
  • Assist in configuration, deployment, and validation of production systems
  • Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Support and document scheduled production processes
  • Develop solutions to integrate systems and transform data
  • Ensure SLAs are met and production systems are operating optimally
