Immediate need for a talented ITSM Change Manager. This is a 07+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Westlake, TX or Merrimack, NH or Smithfield, RI (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $50 - $57/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have full grasp of the ITIL ITSM practice to support the day-to-day operations
  • Working knowledge of both development and operations, including coding, infrastructure management, system administration, and DevOps
  • Working knowledge and experience with Observability and Correlation Toolset i.e. Datadog, Grafana
  • Good technical background with the ability to discuss architecture, hardware, and software concepts
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies to support day-to-day operations
  • Ability to adapt to changes in processes, practices and absorb complex technical situations
  • Ability to facilitate conversations with large groups of remote people
  • Ability to identify process improvements and communicate them verbally and in writing
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with peers and internal business partners
  • Ability to adapt to change and prioritize accordingly
  • Demonstrate ability to form trusted working relationships with business unit stakeholders through collaboration and enhanced effective communications.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills; ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Incident, Change and Problem Management
  • Observability tools: Splunk, Datadog, etc.
  • Collaborates with the Incident and Problem Management teams.
  • 5+ years in a similar operational role required with a technical capability
  • Experience creating business and technical Executive Summaries in a complex technology-based ecosystem
  • ITIL Certification or demonstrated ability using Change Management tools: Client
