Guardium Administrator (Production Support)

Application and Production Support for IBM Guardium.

Role is responsible for managing Guardium infrastructure and the deployment and management of the Guardium agent that's deployed to database servers in the Bank.
Previous experience in providing Production Support for IBM Guardium Data Protection application and infrastructure.
Manages Complexity works effectively in a complex environment (e.g. environment spanning multiple functions, shifts, platforms, geographies)
Communicates and Influences- Must be able to communicate to and influence all levels of the organization
Ability to produce quality documentation (understand difference between standard, best practice, design process documents.
Attention to detail - able to complete complex processes with multiple interdependent steps
Demonstrates Business Acumen- must possess the ability to quickly assess situations and make decisions that will benefit the organization and stabilize the infrastructure behind it.
Work in a competitive and demanding environment where creativity and problem solving skills required.
Previous experience working within a Financial Institution
Windows and/or Unix system administration and scripting experience a plus
