Job Description
Responsibilities:

• As a Salesforce developer, you must have a solid foundation as an admin configurator including workflows.
• You will be responsible for developing through all phases of the development lifecycle, from initial technical designs, implementation, testing, to production deployments.
• Your ability to quickly learn new features, technologies, and to communicate effectively with various business owners and technical staff members will help you to design, develop, and configuring cutting edge salesforce .com business solutions.
• To be successful in this position, you must provide expertise on the configuration, profiles, and security model while maintaining and configuring development and test instances for our internal sandboxes.
• You will also be expected to provide detailed best practices and documentation for your work in a SOX compliant manner.
• This job requires that you be a self-starter with the ability to take ownership and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You must possess good oral and written documentation skills and be able to interact with other team members to deliver fast and reliable code.

Required Skills:

• 8-10 years of experience as Salesforce Developer/Admin
• Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Design and implement AI-driven automation for data pipelines and reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging data analysis techniques and AI tools to enhance our analytical capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a data analysis role with a strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and platforms used for data analysis (e.g., natural language processing, predictive analytics).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data.
• Must have Master s Degree
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in AI-driven automation for tasks like data ingestion, anomaly detection, or report generation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or R to streamline data workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
