Job Description

The Infrastructure Engineer must have a minimum of 10 years of Network Security and Infrastructure experience.

- The network engineer must 8+ years of hands-on experience in installation, migration and decommission of F5 Load balancing technologies (GTM, LTM, ASM, APM, AFM).

- Relevant 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Cisco networking technologies (routing/switching) and firewall products and technologies

- Experience with forward or reverse proxy technologies is a plus.

- Cross-team co-ordination and collaboration to ensure end to end project delivery.

- Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming/scripting languages: Python, Unix

- Self-Starter who can take initiative and has the ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Organized and able to follow JPMC processes designed to minimize risk to the environment

- Must have strong communications skills - both written and verbal

- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with clear communication

- Strong work ethic with a results oriented mindset

- Ability to collaborate with different roles and different levels across different teams to achieve common goals

- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills in a large enterprise environment

- F5 certifications are preferred but not required; equivalent experience is acceptable

- Strong work ethic in a mission-critical 24x7 diverse environment with multiple vendor/customer relationships.

- Flexible to work in off hours/weekends.
