Our challenge

As an Axiom developer, the candidate will be responsible to Design and Develop SQL for database interaction to read/write data using Informatica Axiom.

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Document, Design, Develop and Test the solution for automating regulatory report generation process using Informatica v10.5 or higher.
  • Performance tuning of the solution to enable fast and reliable intraday activities for the users.
  • Design and Develop SQL for database interaction to read/write data using Informatica Axiom.
  • Active contribution to application lifecycle including maintenance, release management, critical bug fixing and ensure error free delivery of the software solution.
  • Partner well with the Scrum Master, Project Manager, and other Agile team

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Axiom-based applications and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement Axiom modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of Axiom applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Axiom-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in data warehousing tools such as Informatica with efficient data transformation and processing skills.
  • Hands-on experience in DB development such as Oracle with efficient SQL, performance tuning and debugging skills.
  • Hands-on experience in Axiom V10 or V9 Development
  • Hands-on experience with Autosys and Python is a plus.
  • Good understanding of Job Schedulers, Data Loaders, Scripting.
  • Critical thinking and Problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile Principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica metadata manager is a plus.
  • Domain knowledge in Investment Banking/ Regulatory Reporting is a plus.
