Role Type: Product Owner
Location: Louisville, KY
Role Summary: You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, owning the backlog for cross-cutting initiatives like activation automation, template design, and multi-POD enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and refine product requirements from culinary, marketing, and ops teams
- Prioritize backlog across product activation, automation, deployment, and support
- Ensure user stories are clearly defined with functional and technical acceptance criteria
- Facilitate sprint planning, UAT alignment, and story validation with delivery teams
- Collaborate with DevOps, MDM, and test teams to align cross-POD deliverables
Requirements:
- 12+ years in technical product or business analysis roles
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, data modeling, and POS integration
- Skilled in backlog management, grooming, sprint ceremonies, and user testing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
