SAP Project Systems Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a remote SAP Project Systems Architect to join their team in NYC.

System Design and Architecture:
* Design and implement SAP Project Systems solutions
* Develop system architecture aligned with business processes
* Ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, PP, FI/CO, etc.)

Sub-Contracting and Sourcing Expertise:
* Configure and optimize sub-contracting processes
* Implement sourcing strategies within SAP
* Integrate sub-contracting with overall project management
* Consign material configuration and movement tracking

Process Optimization:
* Analyze and improve end-to-end procurement processes
* Streamline sub-contracting workflows
* Enhance efficiency in project-related sourcing activities

Configuration and Customization:
* Set up and configure SAP PS module
* Customize SAP functionalities to meet specific business requirements
* Implement best practices in project systems and procurement

Integration Management:
* Ensure seamless integration between Project Systems and other modules
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Production, Materials Movement, IM, etc.)
* Manage interfaces with external systems if required

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8-10 years of experience
* SAP PS (Project Systems) Module experience

Specific Areas of Expertise:
* Purchase Requisition
* Purchase Order
* Goods Receipt/Goods Issue (GR/GI); Serialization

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
