Job Details
Requirements:
- 10 or more years of experience leading major finance transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA implementation and ERP modernization.
- Experience in finance and accounting process re-engineering and BlackLine.
- Experience with managing external Systems Integrators and vendor performance.
- Experience in improving financial data quality, reporting, and Power BI analytics.
- Experience with defining PMO frameworks, governance, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Finance Transformation PMO for all S/4HANA-related initiatives.
- Define and execute the comprehensive finance transformation roadmap.
- Drive end-to-end transformation of finance and accounting workflows.
- Oversee project integration, timelines, deliverables, and governance.
- Manage relationships and performance of external Systems Integrators.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate progress and risks.
- Guide the organization through change management and adoption efforts.
