Job Details
Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in HAM Pro architecture and configuration.
- Proven experience with CMDB, ITAM, and ITSM modules.
- Design and develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement and maintain ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other modules as needed.
- Develop workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client/server scripts.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years in systems analysis, design, and programming.
- 5+ years integra?ng and managing multiple third-party data sources for CMDB (API'S)
- 5+ Expertise with ServiceNow scripting and tools (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer)
- 3 years experience as a Project Lead for ServiceNow implementations and Administration
