Client Description: Join our team at Product Manager UNCI, Project Manager Tactical Network, where we are dedicated to advancing strategic initiatives through effective program management. We are seeking a Senior Integrated Master Scheduler to play a pivotal role in developing and managing integrated master schedules (IMS) for multiple high-level programs, including those at the ACAT I level. This position is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of our projects by providing accurate performance tracking, cost and funding forecasting, and anticipating staffing and logistics needs.

Pay: $70 - $75 an hour
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management Support: Deliver comprehensive program management analysis and support, focusing on organizational, administrative, and manpower efforts. Ensure effective business planning and coordination of program milestones and key activities.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and sustainment of Strategic Plans, Programs, and Policies (SPPP) related to the development, production, and sustainment efforts of PM Tactical Network.
- Business and Administrative Planning: Perform detailed business and administrative planning, organizing, and coordinating actions to achieve overall program objectives.
- Briefing and Presentation Preparation: Prepare and staff briefings, presentations, and spreadsheets to effectively communicate program objectives and status.
- Management Support: Provide extensive management support, including:
- Staff action tracking.
- Conducting literature and reference material searches.
- Organizing, managing, and archiving computer-based files.
- Preparing memoranda and documentation.
- Processing deliverables.
- Scheduling and Milestone Tracking: Publish, distribute, and revise planning schedules for key activities, milestones, and critical path dependencies related to the development and fielding of PM Tactical Network.
Experience Requirements:

- A minimum of 10 years of program management support experience, with at least 5 years specifically within the DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), Project Manager (O6 PM), or Product Manager (O5 PdM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving within a dynamic environment.
- Experience with developing an IMS using Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition milestones, decision points, and staffing processes.
- Ability to consolidate the critical paths of numerous projects and product offices into a single IMS.
Special Requirements:
- Expertise with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills.
- Security Clearance: Secret.
- Travel: Less than 10%.

- Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in any field is required.
- PMP certification is preferred.
