Job Overview

We re looking for a SailPoint Engineer to support and enhance enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This role involves administering and maintaining SailPoint IdentityNow and Ping Identity platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant identity lifecycle management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow and Ping Identity platforms, including configuration, integration, and lifecycle management.

Onboard applications and services into the SailPoint platform and IAM ecosystem.

Implement and manage identity governance policies, access certifications, and role-based access controls (RBAC).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline IAM processes.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM-related issues to ensure high performance and uptime.

Support audit and compliance initiatives with access reports and documentation.

Contribute to IAM standards, procedures, and best practices development.

Participate in incident response and remediation activities for identity-related issues.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Communicate effectively across teams and demonstrate strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Strong understanding of IAM concepts (provisioning, access reviews, entitlement management)

Experience with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP), SSO, MFA, and federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)

Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation

7

Enterprise-level IAM implementation and troubleshooting experience

Knowledge of security policies, standards, and compliance practices

7

Strong collaboration and documentation abilities

Hands-on experience implementing enterprise system integrations

Administration of SailPoint and/or Ping Identity platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with public sector or government organizations.

Certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or Ping Identity Certified Professional.

Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, NIST, or similar security standards.
