Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Chesterfield, MO.

Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction, support, and performance feedback
* Change Management: Manage change initiatives related to the S4 Hana implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations
* Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders
* Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is preferred
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementations, preferably S4 Hana
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of OTC processes and Sales & Marketing functions; Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
* Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
