  • Worksite Location: Remote
  • Contract Duration: 6 months
  • Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
  • Shifts needed:
    • T-Th & Sa | 9am-8pm MST
    • M-F | 6am-3pm MST
    • M-F | 10am-7pm MST

What you’ll do as an Applications Support Specialist: 

  • Provide first-line technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues related to internal technology applications and systems
  • Escalate complex issues to subject matter experts or team leads, while maintaining ownership of the support ticket
  • Assist in configuring and maintaining software applications
  • Document support activities, solutions, and procedures for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system and process enhancements
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to continually enhance technical knowledge
  • Deliver high-quality customer service with a professional and solutions-oriented approach

What you’ll bring to the Applications Support Specialist role: 

  • 1–3+ years of experience in a technology support role, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and/or Mac OS, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to resolve technical issues independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Customer-first mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional support
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira, and understanding of the ITIL framework (preferred)
  • Certifications such as Salesforce Admin, Google Admin, or ITIL v4 (a plus)
