Summary:

  • Highly driven and experienced Workday Procure to Pay Techno-Functional Lead with over 5 years of
  • expertise in designing and implementing transformation activities within Procure to Pay business
  • processes. Skilled in managing integrations, configuring systems, leading ad hoc initiatives, and
  • implementing business processes for Procure to Pay. Proficient in data migration activities from legacy
  • systems to Workday. Adept at leveraging Workday and other enterprise applications to drive process
  • improvements and automation.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Energetic, organized, and collaborative Business/Systems Analyst with a strong understanding of
  • Procure to Pay business processes and experience in implementing business processes for P2P. Possess
  • exceptional communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for automation. Comfortable
  • working in dynamic environments, delivering beyond customer expectations, and capable of thinking
  • strategically while executing tactically.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and design major integrations in Workday Procure to Pay, and other enterprise systems, resolving integration-related issues.
  • Lead ad hoc initiatives related to Procure to Pay transformation.
  • Serve as an expert in Workday Procure to Pay functionality and industry best practices.
  • Identify automation opportunities for process improvements leveraging business knowledge.
  • Document processes, gather requirements, and influence stakeholders to turn ideas into working software.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to Procure to Pay team members on system best practices and integrations.
  • Offer proactive technical and functional knowledge to design initiatives contributing to organizational growth.
  • Stay updated on latest version releases and features within Workday Procurement and other relevant systems.
  • Experience in implementing business processes for Procure to Pay and conducting data migration activities from legacy systems to Workday.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) transformation.
  • Led multi-national Workday Procurement implementations with successful results Industry experience as Procurement specialist highly desired
  • Current or recent Workday Certification in both Procurement and Supplier Accounts
  • Knowledge of Workday Banking and Settlement
  • Strong techno-functional expertise in designing, developing, and testing Workday integrations.
  • Understanding of security administration and complex reporting capabilities in Workday.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Workday Procurement in a techno-functional capacity.
  • Proficient in Agile practices, requirements gathering, and configuration.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on providing positive end-user and customer experiences.
  • Up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new features within Workday Finance.
  • Team player comfortable with change and fast-paced environments.
  • Bias for action, hands-on with elevated levels of proficiency to deliver tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in designing ITcontrols.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage, deliver, and lead transformation activities/projects in Procure to Pay.
  • Deep domain expertise in Procure to Pay processes.
  • Experience in setting up and configuring Vendor Portals in Workday, including associated configurations, integrations, and strategic sourcing
  • Nice-to-have experience includes familiarity with various procurement and vendor management platforms such as Vndly, Cvent, Simple Legal, Coupa, Gappify, and Kyriba. While not mandatory,
  • Knowledge in these platforms would be beneficial for the role, showcasing a broader understanding of the procurement landscape and potential interoperability with Workday Procure to Pay systems.
