Job Details
Plan, execute, and oversee large-scale capital, construction, IT, or operational projects in accordance with agency goals and funding requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Lead cross-functional teams of internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
Manage project risks, issues, and change control processes to maintain scope, schedule, and budget integrity.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines, including FTA, NEPA, Davis-Bacon, and state procurement rules.
Prepare and deliver executive-level project updates, dashboards, and reports.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including coordination with local governments, community groups, and funding agencies.
Oversee contract administration and procurement processes related to assigned projects.
Conduct post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and recommend process improvements.
Support strategic planning and portfolio management within the Project Management Office.
