Job Details

  • Plan, execute, and oversee large-scale capital, construction, IT, or operational projects in accordance with agency goals and funding requirements.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

  • Lead cross-functional teams of internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and vendors.

  • Manage project risks, issues, and change control processes to maintain scope, schedule, and budget integrity.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines, including FTA, NEPA, Davis-Bacon, and state procurement rules.

  • Prepare and deliver executive-level project updates, dashboards, and reports.

  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including coordination with local governments, community groups, and funding agencies.

  • Oversee contract administration and procurement processes related to assigned projects.

  • Conduct post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and recommend process improvements.

  • Support strategic planning and portfolio management within the Project Management Office.
