As a Pega Business Analyst you will:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and requirements.
Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring they are clear, complete, and aligned with the organization's goals.
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, validate requirements, and obtain consensus among stakeholders.
Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and user acceptance criteria.
Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states and propose solutions to address them.
Provide subject matter expertise to guide decision-making and support business process re-engineering efforts.
Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the delivered solutions meet business requirements.
Mentor and guide junior business analysts, providing them with support and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process modeling.
Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) are advantageous.
Job Description:
Strong BA Capabilities in understanding customer problem statements from business perspective and translating them to solve the solutions, enable technical team and collaborate with client stakeholders.
Able to analyze the data using Excel and SQL by connecting to Database like Oracle, Teradata, MS SQL
Able to review QA test cases and perform User Acceptance Testing
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 7+ years of Business Analysis experience with at least 2 years of healthcare (Payer) domain experience
US Healthcare domain experience.
Should have Pega experience.
