Job Details
MDMS is recruiting for a Senior Ping/Authentication Engineer for a financial services organization in Virginia. You will help develop Automation and Reporting solutions for Identity Management, Access Management, and Cybersecurity tools across the organization. You will leverage your comprehensive understanding of IAM standards, best practices, and tools to drive operational activities for PING platforms and other tools across the environment. You will help onboard applications and APIs, as well as maintain documentation and processes. And you will work cross-functionally with different business and technical teams to support Single Sign-On, Multifactor Authentication, and Access Management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of IAM and Cybersecurity experience.
- Strong understanding of Access Management, Authentication, and Authorization.
- Experience with SAML, OAuth and OpenID Protocol and WAM(Gateway) Integrations.
- Knowledge of certificates, SSL handshakes, encryption, load balancing, clustering, disaster recovery, high availability, ITIL processes, change management, incident management, and problem management.
- Automation experience using Ansible/Python/Shell Scripts.
- Prior experience building APIs is a plus.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Preferred:
- Experience supporting installation/configuration/integrations for PingFederate/PingAccess.
- Ping One APIs to support MFA.
- LDAP server experience (PingDirectory and PingDirectoryProxy).
- Java programming with PingFederate and Ping Access API would be an added benefit.
- Experience with UI technologies (Angular, JavaScript, CSS).
- Identity & Access Management using PING IDENTITY products.
