Job Details

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years implementing and administering Churn Zero platforms.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, particularly regarding integration with CS platforms.
  • Experience in implementing customer success platforms within a B2B service provider environment.
  • Experience with SaaS and cloud-hosted platform administration and configuration.
  • Experience in defining usage strategies and workflows for customer success tools.
  • Experience with driving user adoption and change management for new platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of the ChurnZero platform.
  • Define and document the optimal utilization strategy for ChurnZero features.
  • Analyze current ChurnZero setup and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure effective integration and data flow between ChurnZero and Salesforce.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams on ChurnZero usage.
  • Drive platform adoption and ensure alignment with customer success objectives.
