Role: IT Help Desk Technician
Location: Woonsocket, RI (Onsite)

- Tuesday Saturday: 4 PM to 12:30 AM EST (Sunday & Monday off)
- Saturday Wednesday: 12 PM to 8:30 PM EST (Thursday & Friday off)
Responsibilities
- Respond to technical inquiries via email, chat, phone, or in-person.
- Guide customers step-by-step through troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Provide information on IT products and services.
- Ensure issues are resolved and follow up with customers for satisfaction.
- Escalate feedback and recurring issues to appropriate internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with computer systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Ability to explain technical processes in clear, simple steps.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Prior IT Help Desk / Technical Support experience.
