Job Title: Integration Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time Employee

JOB SUMMARY:

The Integration Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless system transitions and optimizing workflow efficiency within Responsibilities include analyzing existing infrastructure limitations, designing integration strategies, and overseeing the implementation of new technologies-such as ServiceNow-to enhance operational processes. The Ideal candidate will streamline complex systems and ensuring a smooth transition from legacy platforms to modern solutions on ServiceNow platform. You will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using best-practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions for clients, utilizing the ServiceNow platform.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Evaluate limitations within the current system and infrastructure affecting ServiceNow integration.
  • Lead the design and development of post-integration processes, ensuring seamless workflow improvements.
  • Advise on the necessary tools, phases, and approaches required to complete integration effectively.
  • Maximize the integration potential within ServiceNow while ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Design workflows to manage manual processes where automation is not feasible.
  • Establish procedural guidelines for NIPR and TS environments due to the lack of cross-domain solutions.
  • Oversee the creation and administration of user accounts within ZIPR.
  • Develop standard operating procedures for managing accounts post-ServiceNow integration.
  • Coordinate integration efforts while ensuring legacy JWICS operations remain functional.
  • Maintain documentation and procedural guidelines for JWICS systems outside of ServiceNow's scope.
  • Work closely with system administrators to align integration strategies with existing infrastructure.
  • Provide stakeholders with insights on process improvements and ensure consistent communication.
  • Assess integration progress and make recommendations to enhance ServiceNow capabilities over time.
  • Identify gaps in workflow efficiency and propose enhancements to optimize system performance.

? Develop solutions in the following specializations: Integrations

? Deliver high-quality consulting services to install, configure, and integrate software products from ServiceNow

? Develop custom software solutions as required through scripting and software development

? Prepare technical documentation as specified in customer contracts and as internally required

? Provide value-based assessments and workshops to help the customer maximize business results from ServiceNow software

? Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL's, data policies, UI scripts

? Troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues

? Attend requirements review and validation sessions as required

? Participate in scrum ceremonies

? Deliver measurable results within the appropriate timeline resulting in positive customer feedback

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

? 1-2 years delivering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform

? Strong working knowledge with the following specializations: Integrations

? Strong working experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript APIs

? Consultative skills for software service delivery to lead customers in improving their processes and organizational models

? Knowledge in ITIL foundations with the ability to relate concepts to implementation strategies is required

? Proficiency in IT Operations Management or IT Service Management preferred

? Continue learning service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies.

? Maintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactions

? Ability to independently with customers on implementations and remote services
