Title: ServiceMax Technical Architect OR Salesforce & ServiceMax Solution Architect
Location Remote
Duration Long-Term Contract

Required Skills:
We are seeking a couple of highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Software Architect and Team Lead with a minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in Service Max and a demonstrated background in software architecture. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing Service Max solutions coupled with a proven ability to mentor and drive best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Salesforce and Service Max solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications.
Establish and enforce best practices in architecture, data security, and performance optimization.
Maintain awareness of Service Max product enhancements, Salesforce ecosystem updates, and emerging technologies to ensure strategic alignment.
Oversee solution development, customization, and deployment within the environment.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
The ideal candidate needs to have:
Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on Service Max experience (design, configuration, and implementation).
Strong expertise in software architecture and system integration.
Salesforce platform architecture experience is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proven success in cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent communication ( fluency in professional English, both written and spoken) and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive technical direction
