Tech Valley Talent (TVT) has an opening for a Salesforce Developer. Position is onsite in Albany, NY.
LOCATION: Onsite in Albany, NY
DURATION: ~6 months

Resource Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce.com certifications
Mandatory:
- Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Administrator
Recommended: Service Cloud Consultant, Sharing and Visibility Architect
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and governor limits.
- Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Work with the Technical Architect and Technical Lead to implement scalable Salesforce solutions, considering best practices, design patterns, and platform limits.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and helping them grow their skills in Salesforce development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance testers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Develop end to end Salesforce Application using Configuration and Customization -APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components etc.
- Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and email Alerts
- Extensive experience in developing Lightning Components - both within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and by writing custom Lightning Components
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
- Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
- Exposure to version control and continuous integration via Bitbucket or Github
- Experience with deployment tools like GIT, Azure/Devops,Gearset,Copado and Salesforce
- Knowledge of different Code Scanning tools for Salesforce: PMD/Clayton
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce configuration and customization
