Job Title: UX Designer - Product Design & Strategy
Location: San Francisco, CA - Hybrid
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, PST hours
Onsite Requirement: In-office Tuesday through Thursday; remote Monday and Friday
As a UX Designer , you will lead the design vision and execution for a mature product, complex program, or emerging initiative. You'll drive user-centered design solutions that are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with long-term product strategy. Your work will shape how users interact with our products, balancing innovation with usability, and ensuring a seamless experience across platforms.

Job Title: UX Designer - Product Design & Strategy
Location: San Francisco, CA - Hybrid

As a UX Designer , you will lead the design vision and execution for a mature product, complex program, or emerging initiative. You'll drive user-centered design solutions that are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with long-term product strategy. Your work will shape how users interact with our products, balancing innovation with usability, and ensuring a seamless experience across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead Design Strategy: Define and evangelize UX and product strategy across teams. Influence adjacent design efforts and challenge conventional thinking to drive innovation.
- Design Execution: Deliver high-quality design artifacts including wireframes, prototypes, and specifications. Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure design intent is realized in implementation.
- User-Centered Research: Conduct and apply UX research to inform design decisions. Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to anticipate user needs and improve product usability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to align on goals, prioritize work, and deliver cohesive experiences.
- System Thinking: Develop and scale design systems, patterns, and frameworks that support consistency and accessibility across products.
- Impact Measurement: Use data and metrics to evaluate product impact, identify opportunities, and iterate on design solutions.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior designers, foster a culture of design excellence, and contribute to team growth and development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience designing and shipping digital products at scale.
- Expertise in UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
- Strong proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping platforms.
- Deep understanding of user research methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Ability to communicate design rationale effectively through storytelling and presentations.
- Experience working with design systems and accessibility standards.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and ability to collaborate with engineering teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and influence product direction.
- Passion for solving complex problems and delivering thoughtful, inclusive user experiences.
