Job Details
Role: Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) Consultant
Locations: New York, NY (Hybrid Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3 Days every week. Local or candidates from Nearby states only.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully completed at least one or two projects involving the implementation of Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) within SuccessFactors, including the use of AI attribute inference tools.
- Demonstrated experience in configuring and deploying AI functionalities within SuccessFactors, such as setting up various AI-driven recommendations for learning, mentoring, coaching, and other development activities.
- Expertise in advising project teams on best practices and methodologies for implementing key elements of TIH within SuccessFactors, including skills taxonomy definition, job profile creation, and growth portfolio development.
- Extensive experience in creating and managing Report Stories for exporting TIH data to Data Warehouses (DWH) within the SuccessFactors environment.
- Ability to explore, advise, and implement the latest features from SuccessFactors releases related to TIH and other relevant modules.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful TIH implementations within SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules and their integration with AI tools.
- Excellent advisory skills to guide project teams in best practices for SuccessFactors implementations.
- Proficiency in generating and managing reports within SuccessFactors.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SuccessFactors features and releases
