Job Details

Role: Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) Consultant

Locations: New York, NY (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3 Days every week. Local or candidates from Nearby states only.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully completed at least one or two projects involving the implementation of Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) within SuccessFactors, including the use of AI attribute inference tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in configuring and deploying AI functionalities within SuccessFactors, such as setting up various AI-driven recommendations for learning, mentoring, coaching, and other development activities.
  • Expertise in advising project teams on best practices and methodologies for implementing key elements of TIH within SuccessFactors, including skills taxonomy definition, job profile creation, and growth portfolio development.
  • Extensive experience in creating and managing Report Stories for exporting TIH data to Data Warehouses (DWH) within the SuccessFactors environment.
  • Ability to explore, advise, and implement the latest features from SuccessFactors releases related to TIH and other relevant modules.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful TIH implementations within SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules and their integration with AI tools.
  • Excellent advisory skills to guide project teams in best practices for SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Proficiency in generating and managing reports within SuccessFactors.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SuccessFactors features and releases
