As Supervisor Echocardiology, you will lead daily operations of the echocardiography unit, ensuring clinical efficiency and quality. Reporting to the Cardiovascular Services Manager, you ll oversee staffing, quality improvement, technical training, and the deployment of echocardiography services while bringing your own clinical expertise as a registered echocardiographer.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily functions of the echocardiography department, including workflow, staffing, and clinical quality
Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives and competency evaluations
Recruit, orient, and mentor new staff; manage schedules and personnel records
Serve as the echocardiography technical expert, managing equipment and training needs
Perform echocardiography procedures alongside supervisory responsibilities as needed
Salary Range: $106,928 $168,816 annually
