Title: Business Systems Analyst IV (BSA 4) (LIFE SCIENCES EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY) Location: Wayne, PA (Only Locals | day one On-site)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Experience: 8 Years

Local to Wayne, PA (Onsite presence is mandatory)
Technical degree strongly preferred

Job Description:
The Business Systems Analyst (BSA 4) will analyze complex business and data processing problems for potential IT solutions. This includes assessing user requirements, existing system capabilities, workflows, and scheduling limitations. The role will drive process improvement and system automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise testing, maintenance, and system monitoring
  • Coordinate installations and enhancements to systems
  • Provide recommendations to clients and management regarding IT system needs
  • Lead system expansion/modification for optimized workflows
  • Conduct interviews and job performance observations to analyze data flow
  • Train end users and staff on system usage
