AV Hardware Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Audiovisual (AV) Engineer to support and maintain enterprise-level AV systems and conference room technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring reliable audio and video performance for meetings and events, performing system maintenance and troubleshooting, and assisting with the design and integration of next-generation conference spaces. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise with AV hardware, collaboration platforms, and control systems, along with the ability to train users and provide hands-on support in dynamic environments.

The AV Engineer will support, maintain, and optimize audiovisual systems to ensure reliable collaboration experiences. This includes setting up and troubleshooting AV equipment for meetings and events, performing routine system checks and maintenance, documenting equipment and incidents, coordinating with vendors, and assisting in the design and implementation of conference room technologies. The role also involves training users and technical staff, integrating and configuring AV solutions, and ensuring smooth operation of platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience supporting and troubleshooting audiovisual systems in enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of AV hardware, conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex), and control systems such as Crestron or Extron is required. Certifications such as CTS, AVT, or Crestron Digital Media are preferred, along with the ability to work onsite, occasionally during nights or weekends. Candidates must also be able to lift 30 pounds, move equipment as needed, and possess a valid driver's license.
