Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 12+ years of total experience with at least 6+ years in Oracle project management.
- Proven experience managing Oracle Cloud ERP / EPM / HCM / PPM implementations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle implementation methodologies (AIM / OUM / Agile).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PPM certification preferred.
