DevOps Engineer

I am excited to say that I am partnered with a leading provider of technology solutions for the hospitality industry who specialize in innovative guest engagement and payment platforms. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing their cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), implementing secure CI/CD pipelines, and configuring monitoring and analysis tools. You'll work closely with cloud engineers to ensure best practices are followed throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Details:

• Full-time, Permanent Position


• Salary: $130,000 - $150,000


• Location: Hybrid - Plano, Texas

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for all cloud components


• Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for new and existing projects


• Configure and maintain build servers and automation tools


• Enforce IaC best practices and ensure consistency across environments


• Implement static code analysis and monitoring tools, and ensure issues are addressed


• Stay up to date with cloud service deprecations and manage version upgrades accordingly


• Support multiple deployment strategies, including blue/green, feature flags, and canary releases

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Azure


• 5+ years of experience with Git-based repositories


• 5+ years of experience with C#, Python, and PowerShell


• 5+ years of experience with SQL and NoSQL database management


• 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes


• Proficient in Bicep and YAML

Good to Have:

• Experience with React and JavaScript is a bonus


• Familiarity with PCI DSS or other compliance standards; experience participating in audits is a plus
