Technical Product Owner

Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to oversee the implementation and management of a new Lease Management/Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) for our client's Real Estate and Facilities business. In this role, you will be the key liaison between the system vendor and internal business stakeholders, ensuring the successful deployment and configuration of the platform. Your responsibilities will include coordinating data migration, managing vendor performance, and guaranteeing that all project requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of lease management processes and experience with enterprise-level IWMS or CMMS platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between the system vendor and internal business units within Real Estate and Facilities.
  • Manage the configuration and migration of data to the new Lease Management/IWMS platform.
  • Monitor and report on vendor performance to ensure all contractual obligations and statement of work requirements are achieved.
  • Translate business needs and requirements from stakeholders into technical specifications for the vendor.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the new system post-implementation, addressing user feedback and system issues.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a technical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Lease Management, IWMS, or CMMS systems and their associated data hierarchies.
  • Familiarity with systems such as IBM Maximo, Tririga, Tango, Manhattan, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
