Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester to join our team for a remote position in the US. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance testing using JMeter and LoadRunner, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed performance reports and bottleneck analysis.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to identify performance goals and KPIs.
- Tune application and infrastructure configurations to optimize performance.
- Participate in performance test planning, scripting, execution, and defect triage meetings.
- Recommend solutions for performance improvements and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
- Strong expertise in JMeter and LoadRunner tools.
- Experience with end-to-end performance testing lifecycle.
- Knowledge of APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Eligibility:
- Must be willing to work on our W2 (No C2C or 1099).
