Title: Lead Business Analyst - Salesforce
Location: New York City, NY
Duration: Long-term
Job description:
- Lead business analysis activities across multiple projects and guide junior business analysts
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Oversee requirement gathering, documentation, validation, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure alignment of business needs with technical solutions and project objectives
- Support Agile Scrum ceremonies and ensure best practices are followed
- Collaborate with Salesforce development and architecture teams to ensure accurate requirement implementation
- Manage requirements, user stories, and backlog items using Azure DevOps
Required Qualifications:
- Required 10+ Years of expertise in creating functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., Solution Designs, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Definitions, UI Designs)
- Experience in Agile Scrum
- Proficient is using Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Strong experience with Salesforce.
- Must have 2+ years of exp with state/federal agencies. (Preferred NYC State)
