We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Norwalk, CT.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing complex creative workflows, coupled with a proven ability to thrive in an Agile environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organized individual to make a significant impact on our creative output and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Management: Own the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including scope definition, requirements gathering, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing for creative and digital initiatives.
  • Creative Workflow Facilitation: Act as a central point of contact, coordinating across creative teams (designers, copywriters, video editors, etc.), marketing, development, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project progression.
  • Adobe Workfront Expertise: Leverage advanced proficiency in Adobe Workfront to manage project schedules, tasks, resources, budgets, and communication, ensuring accurate data tracking and reporting.
  • Agile Methodology Implementation: Champion and apply Agile principles and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to creative project management, fostering iterative development, continuous improvement, and adaptive planning.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, developing mitigation strategies and escalating issues as necessary to ensure project continuity.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and regular communication with all project stakeholders, providing status updates, managing expectations, and facilitating decision-making.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with teams to ensure all creative and digital deliverables meet established quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Resource Coordination: Work closely with resource managers to align project needs with team availability and skill sets within Workfront.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including briefs, timelines, reports, and post-mortem analyses.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable project management experience, specifically within digital and creative projects (e.g., website development, marketing campaigns, content creation, video production, branding initiatives).
  • Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Workfront for project and resource management is mandatory.
  • Proven experience working in and leading projects within an Agile framework (Scrum Master or Product Owner certification a plus).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
