Engineering Technical Specialists (Associate and Experienced)

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Air Dominance program is seeking Engineering Technical Specialists in Berkeley, MO.

The successful candidate will be responsible for extraction, analysis, and reporting of cost, schedule, and technical data, and facilitating program execution processes. The business professional will perform planning, data collection, data analysis, status reporting, and other engineering administration tasks.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced Level Specialist.

Position Responsibilities
  • Maintain applicable processes, work instructions, presentation templates, and other relevant documentation & data repositories
  • Track process, event, and data submittal requirements
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings and events
  • Assign and maintain product and document identification.
  • Collaborate with customers and other stakeholders as applicable.
  • Engage in program planning.
  • Track requests for estimate and related content.
  • Collect, format, and present cost and schedule data to support cost and schedule management

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.

Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically and/or internationally depending on business needs.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in business or other related field of study.
  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years using Excel to perform data analysis.
  • 1+ years editing PDF and Word files.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
  • Demonstrated interest in personal learning and development as well as process improvement.
  • Ability to accomplish tasks through formal channels and informal networks; an understanding of the cultures of organizations and ability to apply this information in a way that strengthens the organization's strategic plan and profitability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication across organizations.

Typical Education & Experience

Associate (Level 2)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Experienced (Level 3)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master +4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): 71,400 - 96,600

Summary pay range for Experienced (Level 3): $84,150 - $113,850
