Overview: 

Company is looking for a Techno-Functional Oracle Fusion Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) Analyst at our St. Louis, MO location. The Techno-Functional Oracle Fusion SCM Analyst will play a key role in the successful implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules. This role acts as a liaison between business operations, manufacturing, and IT—translating business needs into Oracle Cloud solutions. The analyst will drive continuous improvement of supply chain processes by combining functional expertise, system configuration skills, and an understanding of manufacturing operations in a midsized industrial environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary techno-functional resource for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Manufacturing modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Product Lifecycle Management, and Manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, document, and optimize supply chain and production workflows for alignment with Oracle best practices.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion applications to support business requirements, including setups, data mappings, and functional testing.
  • Partner with technical teams to design and validate integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems (e.g., MES, WMS, legacy ERP, or third-party logistics providers).
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, or similar analytics tools to support operational insights.
  • Participate in data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy, validation, and reconciliation of master and transactional data.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop test scripts, and train business users on system functionality.
  • Work with Oracle Support to troubleshoot issues, manage SRs, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation, functional design documents, and configuration workbooks.
  • Support ongoing post-implementation enhancements and process improvements to maximize Oracle Fusion Cloud utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, data integrity standards, and change control processes.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience as a techno-functional analyst, business systems analyst, or ERP consultant.
  • Hands-on implementation and support experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM / Manufacturing modules.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes—BOMs, work orders, routings, production scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency with SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

What Helps:

  • Oracle Cloud certification(s) in SCM or Manufacturing highly desirable.
  • Experience with integration technologies (REST APIs, FBDI, OIC) preferred.
