We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PLM and Data Integration Manager to lead a team and drive the strategic alignment of product lifecycle data with other critical enterprise applications. This position requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, critical thinking, and good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver on both PLM and data integration objectives. Description The PLM and Data Integration Manager will lead a small team in supporting user needs, implementing application improvements, and ensuring seamless data flow between systems.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, including Bills of Material (BOM), lifecycle management, and associated metadata.
  • Define and implement a comprehensive roadmap for integrating PLM data with inventory management, ERP, and capital asset database applications across multiple data centers.
  • Lead and develop team of PLM and system analysts.
  • Identify tasks performed by Business Operations team that can be automated.
  • Manage development cycles/sprints working with developer teams.
  • Implement User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; OR, equivalent job-related experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
  • Expertise in Bill of Materials (BOM) management, product lifecycle management (PLM), and/or metadata management principles and practices.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or developing a team.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of data management principles, data architecture, and data governance.
  • Superb communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with workflow design and process improvement.
  • Experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM system or AgilePLM
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau or similar tool.
  • Solid attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with capital asset management and/or inventory management systems.
  • Formal project management experience (e.g., PMP certification).
