DAY TO DAY

  • Design and build tools within the ServiceNow platform to automate compliance tracking and governance
  • Develop and enhance the ServiceNow Service Portal, with a focus on user experience and EC Pro functionality
  • Implement and optimize Virtual Agent and Now Assist for conversational AI use cases
  • Ensure development best practices are followed and all developers meet certification requirements
  • Collaborate with GRC and IT stakeholders to align platform tools with governance and risk objectives

Required Skills:

  • Holds active ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications
  • Experienced in ServiceNow core, not just in one specific module such as GRC, WSD, etc.
  • Portal experience, preferably with EC Pro
  • Strong workflow skills
  • Strong Integration skills
  • Now Assist experience
  • Excellent communicator
  • Business acumen
  • Customer focused
