DAY TO DAY
- Design and build tools within the ServiceNow platform to automate compliance tracking and governance
- Develop and enhance the ServiceNow Service Portal, with a focus on user experience and EC Pro functionality
- Implement and optimize Virtual Agent and Now Assist for conversational AI use cases
- Ensure development best practices are followed and all developers meet certification requirements
- Collaborate with GRC and IT stakeholders to align platform tools with governance and risk objectives
Required Skills:
- Holds active ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications
- Experienced in ServiceNow core, not just in one specific module such as GRC, WSD, etc.
- Portal experience, preferably with EC Pro
- Strong workflow skills
- Strong Integration skills
- Now Assist experience
- Excellent communicator
- Business acumen
